Last week I went down south for some surf but the seas were stormy and the conditions where windy. I ended up at Stewart Surfboards in San Clemente where I was fortunate enough to run into Bill Stewart. There is a hot pink long board in there that has some crazy holes in the rear-end that I just had to comment on. Long story short, we ended up in a nice conversation with Bill about some of the unique designs that he has experimented with in his long and admirable career. I’ll tell you what; I don’t think I’ve ever been so inspired. What an innovator! Much respect for Bill and what he has attempted with his cutting edge shapes. I think every quiver needs at least one Stewart in it. Thanks Bill!
